Because the weather can affect our outdoor fun such as boating, tubing, BBQ's, hiking, or camping, we are often unable to announce these events until Sunday morning at church.  Jesus said "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you (join with Me), and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11 Jesus Says, "I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it!" Matthew 16:18 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. 2nd. Chronicles 16:9 God assures us "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10 Jesus says, "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know." John 41:1 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going and how can we know the way?" Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:1 If we confess our sins [to Jesus], he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrightousness. 1 John 1:9 As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe on His name. John 1:12 If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not, with Him also freely give us all things?
